Nowhere gained more than the sandbag lunges: 2:15 on the median. Stronger after halfway: 1:41 better against the middle of the field than before it. Quick through the roxzone: 8:48, ahead of 96% of the field.
London Excel gave the field time back: about 1:57 faster than the average race this season, by 334 athletes who raced both. 2:29 slower than at Hamburg 2025, the previous Pro race.
