The race, in words
In the Open division at Dallas 2025, Misty Cey crossed the line in 1:25:50: 354th of 1,494 women, faster than 76% of the field.
Nowhere gained more than the burpee broad jumps: 1:26 on the median. A harder second half: 3:17 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Athletes who raced both Dallas 2025 and Houston 2025 were 2:06 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
