Nowhere gained more than the sandbag lunges: 1:03 on the median. Stronger after halfway: 1:08 better against the middle of the field than before it.
This was a quick course. Against their other races this season, the people who raced Gdansk gained about 1:22. 1:37 faster than at Rome 2025, the previous Pro race.
