Legs and stations told different stories: 86% of the field beaten on the runs, 21% on the stations. The wall balls cost the most time: 2:09 slower than the median. The race faded late: the second half went 1:26 worse against the middle of the field than the first.
Acapulco ran slow: the 261 teams who also raced elsewhere this season were about 1:40 slower here than at their other races.
