The race, in three figures
The race, in words
Joe Fletcher finished 1,794th of 1,851 men in the Open division at Berlin 2025, in 1:53:38.
The sandbag lunges cost the most time: 5:21 slower than the median. The race faded late: the second half went 7:11 worse against the middle of the field than the first. 11:45 in the roxzone was slower than 92% of the field.
Athletes who raced both Berlin 2025 and Manchester 2024 were 3:19 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
