The race, in three figures
The race, in words
In the Open division at Vienna 2025, Daniel Katona crossed the line in 1:09:24: 318th of 1,356 men, faster than 77% of the field.
Nowhere gained more than the burpee broad jumps: 1:08 on the median. If there was time left out there, it was on the wall balls, 0:30 behind the median. The race faded late: the second half went 1:31 worse against the middle of the field than the first.
Vienna ran fast: the 960 athletes who also raced elsewhere this season were about 2:53 quicker here than at their other races.
