The race, in words
Erika Parn & Shervin Dehbozorgi finished 212th of 308 mixed teams in the Doubles Open division at Nice 2024, in 1:25:17.
A station race more than a running one: 48% of the field beaten on the stations, against 20% on the runs. If there was time left out there, it was on the sled pull, 0:49 behind the median. The race faded late: the second half went 1:58 worse against the middle of the field than the first.
Nice ran slow: the 194 teams who also raced elsewhere this season were about 1:34 slower here than at their other races.
