A station race more than a running one: 70% of the field beaten on the stations, against 50% on the runs. Nowhere gained more than the sled pull: 2:08 on the median. On the sandbag lunges the field had the edge, by 0:48.
Sports Direct HYROX London gave the field time back: about 0:55 faster than the average race this season, by 150 athletes who raced both.
