1:16:37 at Rotterdam 2023 put Gillian Blake on the age-group podium: 3rd of 47 in the 40–44 age group.
Nowhere gained more than the sandbag lunges: 1:43 on the median. Stronger after halfway: 2:28 better against the middle of the field than before it. Time in the roxzone, 3:50, was faster than 98% of the field.
Rotterdam cost the whole field time: about 2:27 more than the average race this season, going by 196 athletes who raced both. 1:00 faster than at Glasgow 2023, the previous Open race.
