Legs and stations told different stories: 48% of the field beaten on the runs, 16% on the stations. If there was time left out there, it was on the burpee broad jumps, 2:40 behind the median. A harder second half: 2:05 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Gdansk gave the field time back: about 2:15 faster than the average race this season, by 344 athletes who raced both.
