The race, in words
In the Open division at Geneva 2026, Leila Torrent crossed the line in 1:31:58: 341st of 861 women, faster than 60% of the field.
The sled pull was the standout, 0:52 quicker than the median and 140th of 861. The sandbag lunges cost the most time: 0:36 slower than the median. A harder second half: 1:12 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Athletes who raced both Geneva 2026 and St. Gallen 2026 were 5:27 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
