The race, in three figures
The race, in words
Joe Rideout finished 642nd of 767 men in the Pro division at Stockholm 2026, in 1:18:37.
Legs and stations told different stories: 40% of the field beaten on the runs, 10% on the stations. If there was time left out there, it was on the wall balls, 3:19 behind the median. The race faded late: the second half went 2:24 worse against the middle of the field than the first.
Stockholm cost the whole field time: about 1:21 more than the average race this season, going by 651 athletes who raced both. 1:41 faster than at New York 2026, the previous Pro race.
