The race, in words
Amy Little finished 630th of 825 women in the Open division at Manchester 2026, in 1:48:14.
The burpee broad jumps were the standout, 2:49 quicker than the median and 38th of 825. If there was time left out there, it was on the sandbag lunges, 2:46 behind the median. A harder second half: 3:11 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Manchester ran slow: the 795 athletes who also raced elsewhere this season were about 1:18 slower here than at their other races. That was 2:14 off the time at London Excel 2025.
