The race, in three figures
The race, in words
Annalena Frey finished 327th of 1,071 women in the Open division at Frankfurt 2025, in 1:26:09, faster than 70% of the field.
The sandbag lunges were where this race was made, 0:58 ahead of the median. If there was time left out there, it was on the farmers carry, 0:45 behind the median. A harder second half: 1:23 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Athletes who raced both Frankfurt 2025 and Hamburg 2024 were 1:56 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
