The race, in words
1:13:25 at Berlin 2025 put Marcus Lynch 522nd of 1,851 men in the Open division, ahead of 72% of the field.
The wall balls were where this race was made, 1:04 ahead of the median. If there was time left out there, it was on the burpee broad jumps, 0:38 behind the median. Paced to finish: the second half went 2:42 better against the middle of the field than the first.
Athletes who raced both Berlin 2025 and Dublin 2024 were 4:40 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
