The wall balls were the standout, 1:31 quicker than the median and 221st of 1,445. On the sled pull the field had the edge, by 1:10. Paced to finish: the second half went 2:08 better against the middle of the field than the first.
Glasgow ran fast: the 2,108 athletes who also raced elsewhere this season were about 0:54 quicker here than at their other races. 4:15 slower than at Bilbao 2025, the previous Open race.
