The race, in three figures
The race, in words
Nathan Hawkins finished 431st of 953 men in the Open division at Berlin 2024, in 1:17:49, faster than 55% of the field.
The sandbag lunges were where this race was made, 1:31 ahead of the median. If there was time left out there, it was on the farmers carry, 0:33 behind the median. Paced to finish: the second half went 1:38 better against the middle of the field than the first.
Athletes who raced both Berlin 2024 and Glasgow 2024 were 11:52 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
