The race, in words
James Feighney finished 114th of 186 men in the Open division at Malmö 2023, in 1:28:45.
If there was time left out there, it was on the sandbag lunges, 1:00 behind the median. The race faded late: the second half went 3:09 worse against the middle of the field than the first.
Malmö ran fast: the 118 athletes who also raced elsewhere this season were about 1:48 quicker here than at their other races. An improvement of 1:50 on Glasgow 2023.
