The race, in words
In the Open division at Sports Direct HYROX London 2024, Ronald Caabay crossed the line in 1:23:31: 917th of 1,860 men, faster than 51% of the field.
Nowhere gained more than the wall balls: 1:13 on the median. If there was time left out there, it was on the burpee broad jumps, 1:59 behind the median. Stronger after halfway: 1:17 better against the middle of the field than before it.
Athletes who raced both Sports Direct HYROX London 2024 and Glasgow 2024 were 2:37 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
