Nowhere gained more than the sandbag lunges: 1:53 on the median. On the wall balls the field had the edge, by 3:14. The race faded late: the second half went 3:14 worse against the middle of the field than the first.
Karlsruhe ran fast: the 131 athletes who also raced elsewhere this season were about 2:07 quicker here than at their other races. 7:55 faster than at Stuttgart 2023, the previous Pro race.
