In the Open division at Amsterdam 2023, Manuela Raeppold crossed the line in 1:33:20: 177th of 394 women, faster than 55% of the field.
Legs and stations told different stories: 72% of the field beaten on the runs, 46% on the stations. On the burpee broad jumps the field had the edge, by 0:58. Paced to finish: the second half went 3:27 better against the middle of the field than the first.
This was a slow day in Amsterdam. Measured against their other races this season, the people who raced here lost about 1:23. 13:41 faster than at München 2023, the previous Open race.
