The race, in three figures
The race, in words
Jack Holden finished 1,353rd of 1,851 men in the Open division at Berlin 2025, in 1:28:23.
If there was time left out there, it was on the sandbag lunges, 2:27 behind the median. A harder second half: 1:42 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Athletes who raced both Berlin 2025 and London 2025 were 2:46 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
