The race, in three figures
The race, in words
Prash Amin finished 1,263rd of 1,851 men in the Open division at Berlin 2025, in 1:26:40.
Nowhere gained more than the farmers carry: 0:41 on the median. The sandbag lunges cost the most time: 1:43 slower than the median. A harder second half: 2:31 more lost to the middle of the field after halfway than before it.
Athletes who raced both Berlin 2025 and London 2023 were 7:15 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
