The race, in words

Nowhere gained more than the burpee broad jumps: 2:25 on the median. The race faded late: the second half went 1:43 worse against the middle of the field than the first. Time in the roxzone, 3:30, was faster than 98% of the field.
Athletes who raced both Washington - North American Championships 2024 and New York 2022 were 6:45 faster here, so this time looks a little better than it was.
