Nowhere gained more than the burpee broad jumps: 1:31 on the median. The race faded late: the second half went 1:29 worse against the middle of the field than the first. Quick through the roxzone: 5:27, ahead of 95% of the field.
Hamburg ran fast: the 488 athletes who also raced elsewhere this season were about 2:07 quicker here than at their other races. An improvement of 1:52 on München 2023.
